"Super quick and professional service"
This was my first experience ordering from them, and they were incredibly attentive and supportive the whole way. Even though my delivery was held up by Royal Mail for 10 days because of some issues on their end, skin2seoul kept following up with me. They responded promptly to my emails. It was a bit of a hassle, but the team really helped me navigate through it. Thanks a bunch!

This business has postponed my order, saying there's a strike affecting the product's location. It's been several weeks, and the tracking number they provided still isn't functional. I've reached out via email numerous times, yet I haven't gotten any reply or update on the whereabouts of my item.

This site is fantastic, super user-friendly and has reasonable prices. While the selection isn't massive, I was really happy with the variety of vegan and cruelty-free products they offer. My order came fast, and the packaging was amazing—totally plastic-free, everything was organized, plus I got a few nice extras. I’ll surely be back for more.
